2025 New Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer evaluator with American Councils! During the season you will have an opportunity to evaluate applications of the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX), FLEX Abroad and National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y) program participants. Please answer the following questions and we will be in touch with you once we review your application. Please email volunteer@americancouncils.org if you have any questions.

10.If selected to become a volunteer evaluator for American Councils, you will be required to attend a virtual or in-person training in the fall-winter 2025-26.

11.There is no requirement on how many hours of application review you need to do during the season. 12.We are hoping to offer both virtual and in-person training opportunities this season. Please note that in-person training will be available for the volunteers in DMV area; at this time we cannot accommodate travel or lodging for volunteers from other states.
