Paradise Valley Conservation Area Trailhead Improvements

Welcome to the survey for the Paradise Valley Conservation Area Trailhead Improvements Project. We are working to improve the trailhead at Paradise Valley Conservation Area. The current parking facilities are small. Horse trailer parking is limited to two 10' x 40' stalls. The parking lot frequently reaches capacity on busy weekends, and maneuvering space for larger trailers becomes limited.

The goal of the project is to design and engineer improvements to the parking lot, vehicular circulation, and trail entry points from the lot, as well as associated improvements and/or amenities in the nearby area. Work will include public outreach, design and permitting, obtaining funding, and construction of the improvements.

This survey will help us understand how you currently use and enjoy the park and what improvements you would like to see. We’d love to hear from you!

There are 11 questions, and the survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete.
1.How often do you visit Paradise Valley Conservation Area?
2.Are you a local resident or a visitor to the area?
3.What transportation do you typically use to travel to and from the park?
4.What are your primary activities when you visit the park?
5.What issues, if any, hinder your enjoyment of the park or discourage you from visiting?
6.How concerned are you about traffic speed and safety on Paradise Lake Road near the park entrance?
7.In your experience, which traffic‑related issues affect access to the park?
8.Which of the following basic improvements to the parking area and visitor experience are most important to you?(Required.)
9.In addition to basic improvements, which extra amenities would you like to see added to the park?
10.What improvements would you like to see made to trails in the park?
11.Are there any additional amenities or improvements you would like to see in the parking area and trailhead?
