The Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA), on behalf of all governments, is undertaking a review of the staffing and qualification regulations under the NQF.
 
ACECQA wants to hear your views on the current NQF staffing and qualification regulations, and how to better support quality, reduce unnecessary complexity and improve national consistency.
 
A consultation document has been prepared to assist you complete this survey. You can access this on the NQF staffing and qualifications requirements consultation page.
 
This survey should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete. You do not need to complete all sections, only those relevant to you.
 
The survey includes sections specific to service types:
  • Section 1: Regulations for centre-based service educating and caring for children preschool age or under, typically long day care services, as well as preschools and kindergartens.
  • Section 2: Regulations for centre-based service educating and caring for children over preschool age, typically outside school hours care and vacation care services.
Please be assured that any responses you provide are anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally. High-level results are aggregated for analysis and reporting purposes.
