Welcome to the Medical Services Professional (MSP) Competency Model Validation Survey! The information we collect in this survey will be critical in helping NAMSS continue to provide tailored, timely, relevant, and effective resources to support the MSP profession in the future.

This survey aims to identify the core functional areas of MSPs working in various delivery systems across the entire profession. In addition, we hope to identify the additional skills and knowledge areas needed in the future to remain relevant and serve as leaders in the ever-changing healthcare environment. We’ll also be asking about learning opportunities and resources that NAMSS can provide to continue to support you in your field. The survey is divided into four sections. Please refer to the instructions in each section for more specific guidance.

Please note that all information you provide will be kept confidential, and all results will be reported in aggregate (i.e., no individual survey results will be reported). Members will receive 1 NAMSS CE credit for participating in the survey.
