We want to understand local people’s experiences of using the NHS App, including what works well and what makes it difficult or unappealing. The government is increasingly moving health and public services from analogue (such as phone calls, letters, and face to face processes) to digital services, and the NHS App is a key part of this change. Because of this shift, it is especially important that people share their views, so services develop in a way that works for everyone and do not leave people behind.
This survey is being carried out by Healthwatch Barking and Dagenham. We are the independent champion for people who use health and care services in Barking and Dagenham. We listen to residents’ experiences and use what you tell us to influence the NHS, local authorities, and other decision makers to improve services.
Your responses will be anonymous. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
