Welcome!The City of Bozeman is undertaking a comprehensive update to its Bozeman Guidelines for Historic Preservation and the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (NCOD). The purpose of this project is to ensure that the new Bozeman Standards reflect current best practices in historic preservation, respond to community goals and priorities, guide new construction and infill, and support the City’s upcoming Local Landmark Program. Additionally, a key goal of the update is to improve the overall usability, accessibility, and visual clarity of the document.

About the SurveyWe began gathering input on the topics included in this survey at our in-person open house on April 13th. This survey is designed to give you the same opportunity to review each topic at your own pace.
