Post-assessment survey for general practices assessed under the National General Practice Accreditation (NGPA) Scheme FY23-24
The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (the Commission) administers the National General Practice Accreditation (NGPA) Scheme.
The Commission is seeking feedback on your recent assessment to the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners Standards for general practices 5th edition. Your feedback is important and will be used to inform, evaluate, and improve accreditation processes, and review performance of accrediting agencies.
The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Please complete only one survey per practice assessment.
