Your Voice Matters: Community Training Needs Assessment
Help Shape Future Learning Opportunities in the Shilo Community
Assiniboine College Continuing Studies, in partnership with the Shilo Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC), is exploring opportunities to expand access to education, training, and skill-building programs for military-connected families (families connected to currently serving members, veterans and reservists) and the wider community.
As part of this initiative, we are conducting a Community Training Needs Assessment to better understand the types of workshops, courses, and programs that would be most valuable to you. Your feedback will help identify gaps, priorities, and preferred ways of accessing training so that future offerings reflect real community needs.
This survey will take just a few minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary, and responses will be kept confidential.
Your voice matters. Together, we can create meaningful learning opportunities that support personal growth, career development, and community well-being.
We want to understand the learning interests and support needs of the military-connected community in Shilo. Your feedback will help us design workshops, courses, and programs that best meet your needs.
Estimated completion time: 5–7 minutes
Confidentiality: All responses are anonymous unless you choose to provide contact information.
