You do not need to have read the legislation or know all the details of the Bill. Each question includes a short explanation in plain English.
You do
not have to answer every question. Please answer based on your experience and your views. If you answer all questions, the survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. The Government is planning a major restructure of the NDIS - it's really important to have your say
before the changes become law.
Note: The most important questions are on the last page of the survey.Your feedback will be used to inform a submission to the
Commonwealth Senate Inquiry into NDIS Amendment (Securing the NDIS for Future Generations) Bill 2026 by SWAN. This Inquiry is very short, and submissions are due
29th May 2026. The Government has only allowed less than 2 weeks for us to consult and make a submission, so our apologies for any errors in this survey.
You can also
make a submission of your own. Please tell the Government what changes you like, don't like, and whether you think they should pass or reject this Bill.
This survey is anonymous. Please do not include any private or identifying information about yourself or other children/adults.
