Would you like to help build the NCDA Career Coach certification exam? This is your chance!
NCDA seeks to understand the significance and relevance of competencies and related knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) to the role of a career coach. You will be asked to rate the importance and frequency of each competency and KSAs related to the competencies. If you are currently working as a career coach, you can help the National Career Development Association (NCDA) create the test outline. This helps us know what types of questions should be included on the new certification exam. You will also be asked non-identifying demographic questions that are vital to interpreting the survey results. Your responses will be included in our anonymous and aggregated survey data for this job task analysis and will not be used for any other purpose.
This survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. You can navigate to the next page by clicking on "Next". You can navigate to the previous page by clicking on "Previous". Please do not use the back button on your browser - it may cause an error and lose the answers you have already submitted. When you complete the survey and demographic questions, you will have the opportunity to submit your name, certification number or email for two (2) Continuing Education (CE) credits.
