Election of Members for Board of Managers and Increase to Membership Dues

Dear Fellow Members,

Please be advised the Board of Managers voted to return to an in-person Annual Meeting of the Providence Art Club for 2026, which will take place in the Maxwell Mays Gallery on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 6PM.
Voting on Ballot Questions to be considered at the Annual Meeting will be conducted remotely by electronic ballot only. There will be no in-person voting on the day of the Annual Meeting. Members may only vote once. To be counted, all ballots must be completed electronically and completed no later than 11:59 pm on Tuesday, June 9th.

The following proposed matter has been properly presented to and duly acted upon by the Board of Managers for action at the Annual Meeting to be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. As per Article II, Section 2.04 Dues and Fees of the Providence Art Club Constitution, the following dues increase will be effective at the beginning of the new month, July 1, 2026.



The Board of Managers unanimously recommends approval of the proposed dues increases.
