current Grade 12 student who has applied to and is planning to attend a full-time program at an accredited post-secondary institution, or
an already graduated high school student who has not yet begun post-secondary studies (e.g., taken a gap year) and has applied to and is planning to attend a full-time program at an accredited post-secondary institution.

Verification of acceptance and/or enrollment is required before the award is presented in September.
Residency: Must be a Canadian citizen or have Permanent Residence status in Canada. Proof of citizenship or Permanent Resident status is required.
