CINetwork Annual Survey (2026)

Background

Dear Colleagues: The Manitoba HIV-STBBI Collective Impact Network (CINetwork) is entering its next phase after 10 incredible years of collective action. Thanks to many people and organizations across Manitoba and beyond, the CINetwork has helped Manitoba in tackling HIV and STBBI by bringing together a variety of sectors into meaningful conversations, sharing knowledge, creating knowledge and tools through research, building capacity, and taking action for systems change.

As we prepare for the next 5 years and a new 5-year funding application to the Public Health Agency of Canada and other funders, we are combining our annual evaluation with seeking broad input to help develop the strategic plan that should guide CINetwork’s work from 2027–2032.

Your input will directly inform:

* The February 2026 Strategic Planning Workshop
* CINetwork’s 5-year strategic priorities
* The upcoming PHAC funding proposal

Time to complete: approximately 10–15 minutes. Participation is voluntary. Individual responses will be kept confidential and reported in summary form only.

We are offering prizes for those who complete the survey and wish to enter a draw. Please provide your name at the end of the survey if you want to enter.
