NASW-NM 2026 Conference Call for Proposals

The NASW-NM Annual Conference is a statewide gathering of social workers, educators, advocates, and students to learn, share, and collaborate with one another while advancing the field of social work. This year's conference will be June 17 and 18 at Sandia Resort in Albuquerque.

We are seeking proposals for 1.5-hour continuing education (CE) programs for the conference. We invite all formats of teaching and learning, including workshops, panels, experiential activities, and presentations.

We encourage you to share your expertise, passion, and vision with fellow social workers. Your voice can inspire meaningful change across New Mexico and beyond.

Presenters must provide a copy of their current resume or CV to demonstrate their ability to provide the proposed CE program. The resume or CV should indicate experience with the proposed population/content area and highlight previous trainings provided on related topics.

Presenters must provide a short bio (5-7 sentences) documenting their education, work experience or background, and specific expertise related to the subject matter or topic. The bio will be used to market the course.
