Welcome to the Callaway County Special Services Satisfaction Survey

CCSS is committed to empowering people and enriching lives by fostering a community that values and supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families through education, resources, and services.

This survey process will allow us to gain feedback from the people who received direct and funded services, as well as those who were affiliated with those services and other agency partners, in the past year.

Paper surveys are available upon request. Please let us know if you'd like a paper copy.
