We are launching a pilot project to support families with children 18 and under* with incorporating a Microboard that will:
Support the transition to adult supports.
Embed person-directed thinking and supported decision-making.
Build confidence and self-determination in your child or family member.
Join us on August 5 to learn more about this program where you will:
Learn all you need to know about running and maintaining a Microboard (including incorporating your non-profit, connecting with other families, and much more)!
