Mitigation Survey

This survey is intended to research the impact of natural hazards and man-made threats in Morton County, North Dakota. Therefore, the survey should be completed by residents of Morton County, North Dakota, or by people who are employed in the county but live elsewhere.

The survey consists primarily of multiple-choice questions. The first question is the only question requiring an answer to illustrate jurisdiction participation to FEMA. The responses are not geo-tagged or tracked for location. Your answers will not reveal your identity or location of residence.

CERT educates people about disaster preparedness and provides basic disaster response training. “Trained CERT members can be deployed to assist emergency responders during a disaster or community event.”
