YOUR UNION NEGOTIATIONS SURVEY

As your Union Negotiating Committee works through the bargaining process and is about to begin to have financial discussions with the Company, it is important to get your input on your financial and benefit proposals. While your Union Bargaining Committee’s job is to address your needs and demands at the bargaining table with the Company, we need your input to help point us in the right direction and put our focus on the things that matter the most to you.

We will need a quick turn around on these responses, so we ask you to please read and answer the following questions and complete the survey by July 22nd, 2026.

Question Title

Higher 1 year amount for boots

Higher 2 year total amount for boots

Increase to severance pay in case of layoff/shutdown

Long-Service Retention Bonus
