Every two years, MassBio surveys our member companies in order to measure the current state of diversity in the Massachusetts life sciences industry and measure change over time. We are asking all of our member companies to complete this survey. We do ask for your company and contact information so that we can follow up with you if needed, but all public use of these data will be anonymous and in aggregate and no company specific data, or list of companies that completed the survey, will be public. Once this survey is closed, we will produce a public report. As reference, here is the 2021 report.

If you have any questions, please contact diversity@massbio.org
