The RiverFest Committee is inviting quotes from interested persons to provide chef services for the opening dinner that is taking place during the evening on July 30, 2026, at the Lions Club, Bishop’s Falls. The successful proponent is responsible for preparing and plating 150 salmon dinners, with mussels as an appetizer, and dessert. Tea and coffee are not required. A chicken breast dinner must be available as a substitute. The successful proponent will be given the number of salmon and chicken dinners by July 23, 2026.-
Tablecloths, plates, utensils, and napkins will be provided. The successful proponent is not responsible for setting up tables.

Interested persons are also invited to submit a quote for the following services:
- Serve plated dinners and appetizers to the tables.
- Clean the tables following the meal.
- Wash and sort all dishes.
- Clean the Lions Club kitchen.

If you have any questions, please contact Councillor Cindy Hooper, RiverFest Committee Chairperson, at 709 290 9900. The RiverFest Committee is not bound to accept the lowest or any quote submitted. The deadline to submit quotes is 12:00 pm on May 11, 2026.
