Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Tipton Septemberfest on September 12, 2026. We’re excited to have you be part of this year’s festival.
As Septemberfest continues to grow, we carefully curate a balanced vendor lineup to create the best experience for both attendees and vendors. Applications are reviewed based on submission order, past participation, and product offerings. This helps us maintain variety and avoid an over-saturation of similar items.
If space is limited, qualified applicants may be placed on a waitlist and contacted if an opening becomes available.

Please Note:
- Applications are reviewed in the order they are received
- To ensure variety, we limit the number of vendors offering similar products
- Once a category is full, additional applicants may be waitlisted or selected based on overall fit
- You will be notified of your application status after the review period
- If accepted, you will receive an invoice. Your space is not guaranteed until payment is received.
- Your payment is due two weeks after your invoice is emailed to you. If you will be late on payment, please reach out ASAP in order to keep your place.
- You may pay via card/paypal/etc. on the invoice, or you may mail a check/cash. That info will be provided on your invoice.
