To enter, simply follow the link in your email invitation to complete the MSL 2026 survey OR submit the official entry form below by May 31, 2026. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

MSL will select the winners and each eligible winner will receive one of the prizes listed above. Winners will be notified by email.

Giveaway winners will be contacted in June 2026. The winners will be determined via random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds on winning will be determined by the number of entries received. No cash value, not transferable. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The giveaway period starts on January 3, 2026 at 8:00 am CST and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59pm CST.

Winners are responsible for any/all tax consequences and agree to execute any required releases.
