Montana State Library Community Survey

The Montana State Library (MSL) is engaged in a process to evaluate progress towards meeting the goals detailed in its Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Five-Year Plan (2023-2027). MSL has contracted with Alliance for Library Impact to complete this evaluation.

The mission of MSL LSTA program is to help all organizations, communities, and Montanans thrive through excellent library resources and services.

We are eager to hear from Montana residents about their experience with MSL's LSTA programs and activities and how they have made a difference in their lives. Please take 10 minutes to complete this survey to help us learn more about your experience with these programs and activities.

Please be sure to review all survey questions and click DONE at the end, even if some questions are not applicable to you and you do not respond. Only complete surveys will be counted in the analysis.

Your responses will be summarized and included in the evaluation report. All responses are anonymous.

If you have any questions about this survey, please contact Amanda E. Standerfer, lead consultant for Alliance for Library Impact, at amanda@standerferconsulting.com.
