Personal information contained in this correspondence is optional, and collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001. It will be used by the Town of Fort Frances only to contact respondents to notify of the public meeting, or to contact winners of the contest.

Submissions may be made available to the public as part of the official Council agenda. Agendas published online will have personal contact information redacted; however, unredacted copies may be available for viewing in-person or upon request, in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), R.S.O. 1990, c. M.56.
