LMHA Volunteer Award Nominations 2024-25

Each year many volunteers are required at the LMHA to give their time and expertise to make our children's hockey experience a good one.

In recognition of the efforts of our volunteers, each year we honour some of our extraordinary volunteers with volunteer awards.

Please take the time to consider nominating volunteers on your team or other volunteers that you have interacted with this year through your hockey experience.

Please also consider all the great off-ice volunteers on your team as well.

Please ensure that you provide information on in the space provided regarding the rationale for your nomination and any other details or examples.

Please note that you may use this form to nominate for one Awards category or multiple Awards. You are not required to have a candidate for every Award category on this form.

2.Norm Childs Coach of the Year Award
Awarded to an outstanding Coach who has demonstrated their commitment to hockey development, team-building, and sportsmanship through their leadership and coaching of minor hockey players.
