Vote in the 2026 Annual Board of Directors Election

In accordance with the Bylaws and Elections Policy, the Austin Apartment Association’s Governance Committee is presenting the nominations and the ballot for the Board of Directors 2026. The Austin Apartment Association Board of Directors is comprised of 16 elected members, consisting of ten owner and six supplier members. For 2026, the general membership will elect two (2) Industry directors and three (3) Supplier directors, as outlined below. The slate includes one nominee for each vacant Board seat. AAA members can vote either by approving the nominees as presented, or vote by writing in additional nominations, or a combination of the two.
Instructions for voting members:
Ballots must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 5, 2025. Ballots may not total more than two (2) industry directors and three (3) supplier director nominees.
You may vote for the entire slate as presented; OR You may vote for a partial slate plus additional (write-in) candidates, so long as the total number of director candidate votes does not exceed 2 owner directors and 3 supplier directors.

Any slate exceeding these totals will invalidate the vote.

Only one vote from the primary contact OR the designated proxy of each AAA member company will be counted. The primary contact is the person who received the call to vote email from AAA.
