Maslow Media Group must be notified of new hires and rehires BEFORE the assignment, show or project begins. We cannot hire someone in a pay period that has been processed/closed. The employment paperwork provides protection for YOU (the client) and Maslow Media Group. If a new hire works before all onboarding tasks, training and paperwork has been completed, he/she will not be covered under Worker's Compensation or any other protections extended to employees. Maslow Media has the right to refuse hiring a person who does not complete onboarding tasks, training or paperwork or any individual who can not provide the legally acceptable documents to prove eligibility to work in the United States for any employer.
