Application for International Conference and IEC Speakers

Thank you for your interest in representing SAR at one of several international meetings. By submitting your application, you confirm that you will be able to and remain through the duration of the scheduled SAR lecturing days.

For members selected to participate in this international meeting as representatives of the SAR, the following will be provided:

Meeting registration fees
Hotel accommodations (up to 4 nights)
Ground transportation to/from the airport
Cultural activities with the host society

In addition, the SAR will provide a travel stipend of up to $2,000 USD to support travel expenses. Selected participants will be responsible for any additional costs required to travel to and from the international meeting.
