FPC Bristol: Pastoral Search Survey Thank you for taking a few moments to share your information and reflections. Your Pastor Nominating Committee is in a season of listening to God, to one another, and to the Spirit’s leading. This survey is meant to help us understand the hopes, expectations, and perspectives present within our church family. Your responses will assist the PNC in developing a key section of the Minister’s Discernment Profile, which describes our congregation and serves as the first introduction for potential applicants discerning whether they might be a good fit for us.
