About the Quarterly Service Snapshot

The Quarterly Service Snapshot gives you access to trusted data from shops across the country, including:
  • Customer labor rates
  • Revenue growth
  • Appointment lead time
  • Technician demand
By participating each quarter, you’ll see how your shop compares in key operational areas and gain insight into trends impacting shops like yours.

The snapshot takes about 5 minutes to complete. Snapshot will close April 15, 2026. All data will remain anonymous and will never be shared.

Please note: This is a new feature of ASE Connects. For this quarter, any shop can participate for free and receive a report. In the future, this will be included with ASE Connects memberships, with the ability to filter data by industry, shop type, and location.
