The project is commissioned by the Witton Lodge Community Association (WLCA) and conducted by the Centre for the New Midlands (CNM) and Social Life.

here.This project aims to further develop, operationalise and test the Decent Neighbourhood Standard (DNS) framework through focused research on neighbourhood quality in Erdington High Street.
