Tell us your thoughts on the transportation planning process in the Quad Cities Iowa/Illinois Metropolitan Planning Area as part of the Transportation Planning Federal Certification Review.


This is part of a review that will assess compliance with federal regulations pertaining to the transportation planning process conducted by the Bi-State Regional Commission (BSRC), Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT), Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), public transit operators (Bettendorf Transit, Davenport CitiBus, MetroLINK, River Bend Transit, and RIM Rural Transit), and local and regional units of government in the area. Competed surveys will be accepted through June 28, 2024.
