2026 Don Quijote Awards Nomination Hispanic Enterprise of the Year

This form is for the Hispanic Enterprise of the Year category.

General Eligibility for Nominating a Business:
  • Based in Central Florida
  • 51% or more Hispanic ownership
  • Last 3 years of taxes and/or CPA-certified financial statements
  • Businesses that have been finalists but have not won are eligible to receive the Don Quijote Award.
  • If a business or professional has been nominated in multiple categories, the nominee is only eligible to submit an application in one category.
  • The business must be a member in good standing of the Hispanic Chamber, or a client or service provider of Prospera.
The business must meet at least 3 of the following:
  • Minimum $750,000 in annual revenue
  • Minimum of 5 years established
  • More than 10 employees
  • Office or storefront (not home-based)
  • Demonstrated community impact
Those who are not eligible for the Don Quijote Award include:
  • Elected officials or those running for office
  • Board members, employees, and immediate relatives of employees of the Hispanic Chamber or Prospera
  • Members of this year's Don Quijote Awards selection committee
  • Past award winners
