MCK One-Time Inflation Benefit Benefit Request Form

This form functions as a request for the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw&agrave;:ke one-time $500 Inflationary Benefit Payment. To be eligible for the one-time payment, applicants must be: 
<ul>
<li>Recognized on the Kahnaw&agrave;:ke Kanien'keh&aacute;:ka Registry</li>
<li>18 years of age or older on or before April 30th, 2026</li>
</ul>
