Oral Health Care for Children with Disabilities in Maine |
Introduction
Disability Rights Maine (DRM) has partnered with the Children’s Oral Health Network (COHN) to conduct a research project focusing on the oral health care needs of children with disabilities. The research is being conducted using a mixed-methods approach, where part of the data will come from this survey, and from interviews or a focus group with parents of children with disabilities. The results of the project will be used to support ongoing work to increase access to oral health care for children with disabilities in Maine.
If you have questions, would like more information about the project, or would like to share your experiences more in depth through a focus group or interview, please contact Jennifer Battis at jbattis@drme.org.
