Waitlist: 2026 OSSM Summer Middle-School Math Workshops (Updated) Survey

We look forward to having your student at our Middle-School Math workshops! Unfortunately, at this time, all of our registration slots are full. Please fill out the form below to allow us to place our student on the waitlist. If you have more than one student to sign up, fill out the form again for each individual student that you wish to sign up for workshops.

Waitlisted families will be contacted 2-3 weeks before workshops as to whether a spot has opened up for that student.

NOTE: Unlike in previous years, you will sign up for the entire three-day week of workshops rather than selecting individual days. We would prefer that a student attend all of the days within the week you sign them up for.
