Richmond Hill’s Sign By-law Survey

The City of Richmond Hill is reviewing its Sign By-law and seeking input on the potential to allow off-premises advertising signs in commercial and industrial areas.

Off-premises signs promote products or services that are not offered on the property where the sign is located.
