2026 Property Management Company of the Year Survey

This award recognizes an outstanding rental housing provider who or which has demonstrated leadership, initiative, and dedication to the success of their operations, communities, and the industry as a whole.

Nominations are open to companies and property management firms of all sizes. Nominations should endeavour to communicate how the rental housing provider has strengthened or contributed to the community, reduced environmental impacts, pivoted in the face of change, supported residents, or other accomplishments that demonstrate competence, leadership, and initiative.

Accomplishments, initiatives, and/or innovations must have taken place between June 2025 and June 2026.
