The Village of Liverpool has started a review and update of its 2006 Comprehensive Plan and needs your help to develop a vision, goals, and objectives, that will help shape the future of the community. The 2006 Plan can be viewed by clicking the image below.

A Comprehensive Plan is a strategic document that narrates the past, present, and future of a community. It tells the land use and demographic history of a municipality, contains a snapshot of the moment in time in which it was prepared, and contains policies and objectives that support the community in reaching its vision for the future.

We are in the early stages of the Plan update and would appreciate your input as we explore issues and opportunities in the municipality. The following survey will be used to build an understanding of what residents love about the community, what may be missing from the community, and what needs improvement. Responses will also inform further exploration of issues and opportunities, and underpin the vision, goals, and objectives of the new Comprehensive Plan.

This survey will be open until Friday, October 31, 2025.
