Lewisham Council has asked PHAST to find out more about how children and young people (CYP) feel about mental health and emotional wellbeing.
We’re asking young people, parents and carers in Lewisham to fill out a short survey (it takes about 10 minutes). You don’t need to have a mental health problem to take part — we want to hear from everyone.
What you tell us will help shape mental health services for young people in Lewisham. Your answers will stay private, and no one will know who said what.
