We invite you to take our Annual Legacy Survey about local arts, culture, and history programming from your public television station. This includes local broadcast shows, digital series, events, programming for educators/caregivers, or other content. We will use your input to improve our programming and better meet the needs of our communities.

The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Completion of the survey is optional and your individual responses will be kept confidential and combined with those of others who take the survey. If you have any questions about the survey or how the information will be used, please contact evaluation@tpt.org.
