Project Survey: Des Plaines River Trail Bridge Rehabilitation

Welcome!

Why take this survey?
The Lake County Forest Preserves, in partnership with the Forest Preserves of Cook County, is looking to rehabilitate the shared-use trail bridge over Lake Cook Road. This bridge is a vital connection for the Des Plaines River Trail, ensuring a safe crossing for trail users.

The two agencies are seeking state funding to help make these bridge repairs a reality. Your valuable feedback on a brief survey will help demonstrate community support and strengthen the funding application. All responses will remain confidential and anonymous.
Complete the survey by September 18 for a chance to win a $50 VISA gift!
