The accounting and finance profession has focused for years on growing and preparing a strong pipeline of early-career talent. But far less attention has been paid to the managers responsible for developing, supporting, and retaining that talent.
The Illinois CPA Society is conducting new research to better understand the experiences, challenges, and support needs of people managers in today’s evolving workplace. This survey is intended for accounting and finance professionals within their first five years of managing others, both current managers and those who transitioned out of a people management role within this time.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Responses will remain confidential and reported only in aggregate data. If you’d like to be entered into a drawing for one of five $100 Amazon gift cards, you may indicate your interest at the end of the survey. The Illinois CPA Society reserves the right to exclude responses determined to be fraudulent or otherwise invalid from both the survey analysis and the gift card drawing.
