About The Survey

The Uproot Project has embarked on an important strategic planning journey to define its organizational priorities and programmatic goals for the next 2 to 4 years. The purpose of this survey is to gain direct feedback and insights from members to inform this new plan. The survey results will help to ensure that members’ needs and desires are reflected in Uproot’s future strategy and programming.

The survey contains 24 questions and should take approximately 15 to 30 minutes to complete. The survey will remain open until Wednesday, March 4th at 11:59 PM EST. All survey responses will be kept confidential.
