The City of Leduc is renewing its Land Use Bylaw, which is the document that regulates how land is used and developed across the city. We're looking for feedback on your experience with the Bylaw and how it can be improved. The renewal project is anticipated to be complete by fall 2026. Your input will help us draft the renewed Bylaw in early-2026.

Some of the key goals of the Land Use Bylaw renewal are to:
  • Align with the City’s Municipal Development Plans and other planning documents
  • Support housing variety and affordability, and sustainable growth
  • Improve the clarity, consistency, and ease of application of the Bylaw
Your responses to this survey will help the City understand what’s working well, where challenges exist, and how the new Bylaw can better support successful development.

Please allow at least 15 minutes to provide feedback. Survey closes: 11:59 p.m. on January 16, 2026.
