Northumbria Primary Care (NPC) is proposing to relocate NPC Lintonville to the former Ashington Workspace site. This proposal would also see some community health services and a pharmacy also on the same site.
We need to ensure that we can meet the current and future needs of our patients and have created this survey to understand your views around some of our proposals in relation to the proposed relocation.
