Proposed Amendments to Ontario Regulation 74/15 Registration, under the Psychology Act, 1991

The College of Psychologists of Ontario is seeking your feedback on proposed amendments to the Registration Regulation to create a “Temporary Emergency Class of Certificate of Registration”.

Background:

On April 14, 2022, the Ontario government enacted the Pandemic and Emergency Preparedness Act, 2022 which will result in amendments to the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 which have not yet been brought into force. These amendments require health regulatory Colleges to develop regulations creating an emergency class of registration.
