Understanding the Experiences of People Living with Parkinson’s and Their Caregivers

Parkinson’s Australia, AGPAL (Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited), and CFEP Surveys (Client Focused Evaluation Program Surveys) invite you to share your experiences to help shape education, training, and support programs for people living with Parkinson’s, their caregivers, and communities across Australia.

Responses are confidential and used only for research and planning as part of the PDEX project. Your feedback will help shape new education resources and advocacy efforts that support rural, regional, culturally diverse, and First Nations communities, making a real difference to Parkinson’s care and support across Australia.
