The 2023 IBR & EIBA Young IB Scholars Workshop is organized by the International Business Review (IBR). The purpose of the workshop is to provide Ph.D. students and early career researchers in international business (IB) with developmental feedback on their current research papers in international business studies. The overall goal of the workshop is to improve the quality of IB research and to bring new scholars into the IB field. We particularly welcome original papers from young faculty members or early career researchers. We hope that many of these papers will be eventually published in premier IB journals, including IBR.

Workshop structure
: The workshop will be led by Tony Fang Senior Editor of IBR, and is divided into three sessions based on time differences (see above and below). After a short manuscript presentation by the authors, each paper will receive written and verbal feedback from two panellists. Panellists are experienced researchers in IB, management, and organization and will provide feedback to inspire young scholars to improve their papers for high-quality publication in the near future.

Panellists: Elitsa Banalieva (Northeastern University), Jeremy Clegg (University of Leeds), Fang Lee Cooke (Monash University), Gary Gereffi (Duke University), Axele Giroud (University of Manchester), Daekwan Kim (Florida State University), Gary Knight (Willamette University), Michelle Mielly (Grenoble École de Management), Satish Nambisan (Case Western Reserve University), Peter Ping Li (Copenhagen Business School & Nottingham University), Shameen Prashantham (China Europe International Business School), Rudolf Sinkovics (University of Glasgow), Vas Taras (University of North Carolina at Greensboro), Fredrik Tell (Uppsala University), Eric Tsang (University of Texas at Dallas), Ivo Zander (Uppsala University), Zhixue Zhang (Peking University)
