Annual Conference Volunteer Sign Up Form 2026

Deadline: This opportunity will end when all shifts are filled.

We are looking for volunteers to provide invaluable assistance at the 2026 NCIL Annual Conference. Volunteer spaces are limited and are first-come, first-served. Those volunteering 5-9 hours will receive waiver or reimbursement for half the applicable registration fee. Those volunteering 10+ hours will receive a full waiver or reimbursement of the registration fees.

8.I understand that volunteer positions at 2026 NCIL Conference are available on a first-come, first-served basis and that and when I sign up for shifts, I commit to volunteering and that if I cannot meet my volunteer obligations, I will make every effort to notify the coordinator in advance.(Required.)
9.I understand that if I volunteer 10 or more hours, my registration fee is waived or reimbursed. If I volunteer 5 hours or more and less than 10 hours, my registration fee is half waived or reimbursed.(Required.)
10.If volunteer positions are full, I am willing to be a back-up.(Required.)

You will receive an email from Angela@ncil.org with more information on volunteering and a link to an online Google spreadsheet with volunteer shifts you can sign up for. The shifts are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are usually 3.5 hours each. Some shifts may last longer or shorter than 3.5 hours (such as Doorkeeper) and you may sign up for as many shifts as you like.
